Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect book.

  • The book received is not as described or missing pages.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and invoices.

  • Return requests must include a photo or video proof of the issue.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • E-books or digital downloads

  • Books that show signs of intentional damage or misuse

  • Orders returned after the 7-day window without prior approval


Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
